
I have seen so many people talking about their stress levels continuing to be high despite being on vacation and school being officially out. So, with that in mind, I’m addressing this topic specifically on today’s episode. And from next week on, we’re going to dive into the main focus of the podcast for July: leadership.
Something that all leaders go through at one stage or another is the inability to switch their brains off at night and get proper rest. I went through this myself, and I know a lot of you have too. We don’t even want to be thinking about work, yet there it is, firing up in our brains, especially in the middle of the night.
