The majority of what you do as a school leader is make decisions. You make conscious decisions and other times, you make lots of smaller subconscious decisions, which means being intentional about them is vital.
The results you want to create whether it’s work-life balance, higher test scores, a more positive school culture, or a better-managed schedule, require a confident decision-making process. Many principals don’t fully trust in their decisions or sit in indecision due to fear. I want to offer a few thoughts about making decisions that will transform your leadership.
