For those who prefer a private and customized coaching experience, I offer a limited number of 1:1 coaching packages.
This option provides you the ultimate in personalized mentorship. You’ll receive weekly coaching sessions over the phone to provide you a comfortable and confidential experience. You’ll also receive a detailed summary of your coaching session, so there’s no need to remember your next steps. In addition, customized tools and resources that are curated to exactly what you need to move your school forward will be provided. This program is highly recommended for first year school leaders and leaders who navigate highly confidential matters.
